Therapy Modalities We Offer
We are a group of clinicians who are trained in a variety of experiential modalities. Experiential therapy is a dynamic approach to healing that includes but also goes beyond traditional talk therapy. By engaging in activities like mindful awareness, art, role-play, movement, or interaction with the environment and others, clients can explore deep emotions and gain new perspectives. This method helps individuals access feelings that may be difficult to express with words alone, promoting greater self-awareness and emotional release.
Gestalt Therapy
Relational Life Therapy (RLT) - RLT is an approach to relationship work that focuses on honesty, empathy, and balance between partners. RLT helps individuals and couples identify the patterns that keep them stuck and guides them toward more authentic, respectful, and connected ways of relating.
In our practice, we integrate RLT principles to help clients strengthen communication, take accountability, and build deeper emotional intimacy. This approach invites both partners to grow, not only as a couple but also as individuals within the relationship.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) - IFS is a compassionate and empowering approach to therapy that helps people understand and work with the different “parts” of themselves. We all have a range of inner experiences like emotions, beliefs, and reactions that sometimes feel in conflict. IFS provides a framework for getting to know these parts with curiosity and care, so that healing can happen from within.
