Becoming Present With Yourself
Gestalt Therapy can be deeply supportive for people facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, stress, or burnout; depression or low self-worth; relationship struggles or emotional disconnection; unresolved grief or loss; and difficulty expressing emotions or needs. It’s also helpful for those who feel “stuck” in repetitive patterns or weighed down by a lingering sense of emptiness or dissatisfaction.
In sessions, you won’t just talk about your experiences, you’ll explore them in real time. Your therapist will gently guide you to notice what’s happening in your body, emotions, and thoughts as you share your story. You may experiment with new ways of expressing yourself or work through “unfinished business” that’s still influencing how you show up today.
