(Re)Connecting you to yourself, others and your life.
We offer individual, couples, group, and family therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction recovery, & relational patterns. Our team helps you build insight, resilience, & meaningful change.
You are in the right place if…
Your relationships feel stuck or painful and you want change.
You’re worried about your drug or alcohol use and you want help.
You feel disconnected from yourself, others, and the world.
You keep going back to what hurts even when you know better.
You’ve checked all the boxes and you still feel lost.
Old pain keeps showing up in familiar ways.
You want real change, not just surface-level solutions.
Who Are We?
We are a team of master's-level therapists with extensive experience in the addiction and mental health fields, having worked across multiple levels of care. Our backgrounds include residential, outpatient, and community-based settings, where our clinicians have supported individuals, couples, and adult families through complex trauma, addiction, and relational struggles.
Because we are an out-of-network practice, we’re able to offer a more personalized and flexible experience instead of being limited by the restrictions of insurance companies. This means:
We can focus on your goals, not just what’s covered by insurance.
You and your clinician decide on the frequency and length of sessions.
Your care remains confidential and private, without insurance involvement in your treatment.
We can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Many clients receive partial reimbursement this way.
If you're unsure about your coverage, we're happy to help you navigate the process or provide questions to ask your insurance company.

How Therapy Works Here
-
Your process starts with a collaborative intake session where we learn about your history, current challenges, and what you hope to change. This first step helps us understand your needs and determine which therapeutic approaches and modalities may best support you.
-
After intake, we explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and life experiences that shape how you show up today. This assessment phase isn’t a test—it’s a guided, relational conversation that helps us identify the roots of what’s keeping you stuck and clarify your goals for therapy.
-
Therapy sessions at (Re)Connect move beyond traditional talk therapy. Depending on your needs, sessions may include mindful awareness, somatic exploration, dialogue, expressive arts, role-play, or parts work. Our clinicians follow your pace, your readiness, and what feels safe as you learn to reconnect with yourself and others.Understanding how past pain influences present struggles
-
For clients who want to accelerate their healing or focus on a specific issue, we offer extended or intensive sessions. Intensives allow more time for experiential work, emotional processing, and deeper exploration without the interruption of weekly pacing.Supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use
-
As therapy progresses, clients often notice increased self-awareness, improved communication, deeper emotional connection, and greater ease navigating the challenges that once felt overwhelming. While every journey is unique, our goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with your life and relationships.
We work with adults, couples, and families who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward.
Many of our clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use recovery, burnout, grief, emotional disconnection, or repetitive patterns that show up in familiar ways.
If you want meaningful change, not surface-level coping you’re in the right place. We support clients who want to reconnect with themselves, others, and their lives.
