(Re)Connecting you to yourself, others and your life.

You are in the right place if…

You crave connection but you’re afraid to let anyone in.

You feel disconnected from yourself, others, and the world.

Your relationships feel stuck or painful, and you want change.

You’ve done a lot of therapy and you still feel stuck.

You keep going back to what hurts even when you know better.

You keep your emotions on lockdown but the pressure’s building.

You want real change, not just surface-level solutions.

Old pain keeps showing up in familiar ways.

You’ve checked all the boxes and you still feel lost.

Who Are We?

We are a team of master's-level therapists with extensive experience in the addiction and mental health fields, having worked across multiple levels of care. Our backgrounds include residential, outpatient, and community-based settings, where our clinicians have supported individuals, couples, and adult families through complex trauma, addiction, and relational struggles.

Because we are an out-of-network practice, we’re able to offer a more personalized and flexible experience instead of being limited by the restrictions of insurance companies. This means:

  • We can focus on your goals, not just what’s covered by insurance.

  • You and your clinician decide on the frequency and length of sessions.

  • Your care remains confidential and private, without insurance involvement in your treatment.

We can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Many clients receive partial reimbursement this way.

If you're unsure about your coverage, we're happy to help you navigate the process or provide questions to ask your insurance company.

  • Intensives

Sometimes a traditional 50 or 80 minute session doesn’t allow clients to get to the heart of the work. When this happens, we offer intensive options. These are available for individuals, relationships and groups. We tailor intensives to the individual needs of our clients. Call to learn more about our different offerings.
