This 8-week experiential therapy group is based on Pia Mellody's groundbreaking work on attachment trauma. Through guided inner child work, sharing and somatic awareness, you'll begin to create new ways of connecting to yourself and to others.

This group is ideal if you've struggled with:

* People-pleasing or emotional caretaking * Feeling "too much" or "not enough" * Chronic self-doubt or emotional overwhelm * Repeating painful relationship cycles

A therapy group for men ready to build better relationships with others and themselves.

Many men were never taught how to talk about emotions, express needs, or stay grounded during conflict.
Instead, we’re taught to power through, keep quiet, or handle things alone.

Men’s Relationship Space is a weekly, in-person therapy group designed for men who want to improve how they show up in relationships. It’s a space to explore emotional patterns, practice new tools, and build connection with other men doing the same work.

In this group, you’ll:

* Learn to communicate emotions without shutting down or escalating * Identify relational patterns and where they come from * Build confidence in navigating intimacy, boundaries, and repair * Connect with other men in a space that’s honest, structured, and supportive
